BEAT-BOOT-IQUE RULES
1. You are specifically not permitted to post a link to a file that contains copyrighted material. Any post that does will be deleted and the member warned / banned as necessary. Members may post links to their sites. They may also describe what they have there on the understanding that Beat-Boot-Ique is in no way responsible for the content.
2. Posting of Cracked, Hacked or any other type of copyright violated software is against forum rules! Please refrain from requesting / posting it or links to sites that contain it! Anyone found to be posting it will be warned / banned as appropriate.
3. Please refrain from posting direct links to your tracks, please post a link to the page where the track is listed.
4. Please refrain from posting links to file sharing sites like Rapidshare, Divshare etc directly on the site as many of these file sharing systems allow direct downloads with a premium account! If you use file sharing sites like these to host your tracks, please put the links on a blog / website etc.and then put a link to the page on your blog / website etc. in the thread.
5. People who post other people's tracks and claim to have made them will be banned instantly!
6. If you think someone is claiming they made tracks, when they in fact have not, please contact either an Administrator or a Super Moderator via PM and they will investigate the claim.

Why does Beat-Boot-Ique have a disclaimer and other forums don't?
As Beat-Boot-Ique hosts YOUR compilations, we feel that this is required! We feel that each track produced is sufficiently different not to cause the artist any financial hardship, but if the Artist or a Representative of the Artist requested that we removed the track, we would more than happily do this.
If you download a track from anyone advertising their productions on Beat-Boot-Ique, please support the original Artist by purchasing the original track as at the end of the day, we wouldn't have a forum without them creating the original tracks.

We feel that the end product is sufficiently different not to cause the artist any financial hardship. However, if you are the recording artist or a representative on behalf of the recording artist / production company and you would like the track(s) removed from this site, please contact us at info@beat-boot-ique.co.uk. If you enjoy the music that you hear on the site, please go out and buy something recorded by the original artist, as without them we wouldn't have tracks to mashup / remix etc.
